It’s getting cold outside and there is a little frost in the early morning air. That can only mean one thing, Christmas is just around the corner! It was such a pleasure working with Kat and Aaron to design and letter their lush, ocean inspired wedding stationery for their Hawaiian island wedding. The invitations were hand painted (that’s right each invitation was a little different and unique) in a vibrant, ocean-blue watercolor wash. The invitations were then screen printed with custom calligraphy lettering in white ink. The entire set was printed on soft cotton paper. The outer envelopes were lined in a lush, watercolor painted tropical leaf pattern. Each envelope was sent with love and fabulous vintage Hawaiian postage. The gorgeous jewel tone florals on each table were paired with watercolor menus to create a sophisticated, modern, tropical feel. I love the rich, sophisticated jewel tones of the florals with the vibrant, but romantic paper goods. Such a lovely day!
