I love these custom “will you be my bridesmaid” cards I recently created for a bride. She was on top of things and already had the dresses picked out before she asked her girls. We were able to scan the beautiful vintage floral pattern from the dresses and use it on the cards. I then hand-lettered the names of the girls on the outside of the envelopes. I wedding will take place outdoors in a rural part of the state, I love that the cards have a feminine yet rural feel to them without being to over the top country. I just think the dress colors are too beautiful as well! Love!

I love the illustration work of C.S. Neal. I’ve been oohing and ahhing over his work for awhile now, some of my favorites can be browsed through here. But I have recently been in the market for artwork for our kitchen walls, I love these screen prints! I like the playful lines and (of course) the neon pink. I normally don’t like painted images of food, but these are just so fun and they make me so happy, I am pondering a set for my kitchen…
Our Sweet Day in May was featured on the ultimate wedding blog, Style Me Pretty today! To see more photos of our wonderful day visit the post. I planned and designed all of the details myself, including the letterpress invitations, so much fun! I also can’t say enough good things about our wonderful photographer, Yvonne Wong, seriously she’s incredible. The best part of the day though? Marrying my best friend!
Throughout the month of May I will be talking about the details of our wedding, where I found many of our details and the inspiration behind them!
