la Happy in Print – Seattle Bride

poppingq1I’m not sure about you but sometimes a card just doesn’t cut it for me (although a beautifully calligraphy+letterpress card does come close). Like when you ask your best girls to be a part of your biggest day… when I was a bride-to-be, I couldn’t find a card that accurately expressed my excitement to have those four girls as my bridesmaids. At the time I was working full-time in the corporate design world, so I didn’t have time to whip something together. In stead, I just called them up and asked them – but I really wish I would have come up with a creative way to pop the bridesmaid question; those girls have been with me through thick and thin, through some really big, life-altering events and continue to be a big part of my life today!

…Which is why these bridesmaid prize ribbons are the bee’s knees. Who wouldn’t want to open up a pretty box to find a beautiful ribbon with their name?! I recently created these prize ribbons for a Seattle Bride Magazine feature because: 1.) I am completely into prize ribbons right now and 2.) Letterpress on a silky, blush pink grosgrain ribbon? YES PLEASE!

I love these little, adorable ribbon pins and think they would be too cute for your ladies to proudly wear to your shower, your bachelorette night or even to the rehearsal (believe me, your officiant will thank me since it serves as a really pretty name tag). They can be made for the guys as well!
