Last night I had one of those moments that I think we all need to have once in awhile, a perspective check. I think it’s great to love to ohh & ahh over lovely things but I don’t think those things are ultimate things or the most important things. Pretty Girl Things (as my mom calls them) are a part of my life but every once in awhile God quietly yet gently reminds me that there are bigger things that need my time and attention. One of those “things” are people; created in God’s image, loved by God, cared for by an all knowing, all loving, all powerful, God. So today, I canceled my scheduled posts to tell you about a little person on my heart. A little girl who God loves and who needs our prayers. (more…)
